The Extravaganza site is located on a tract of timberland owned by the Watson family and Brittain LLC south of Highway 6 between Natchitoches and Clarence, Louisiana.

For persons arriving from Interstate 49, take the Natchitoches exit to Highway 1 bypass around the main Natchitoches business district, and continue to Highway 6 east of Natchitoches. For those arriving from US Highway 71 or 84, take Highway 6 from the Clarence intersection toward Natchitoches, and be prepared to turn immediatelty after crossing the Grand Ecore bridge.

Enter the site just west of the Grand Ecore Bridge over Red River, at the gate marked J. Bennett Johnston Red River Waterway Park. Follow the markers to the parking site near a gravel pit. Shuttle wagons will transport visitors to the Extravaganza site. Personal cars will not be allowed into the demonstration site. Exhibitors vehicles must remain parked in the area while the event is in progress.

Parking and security will be by the Northwestern State University ROTC, the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff's Department, and the Natchitoches City Marshal staff.

Food service on the site will offer sandwiches, drinks, and a variety of other refreshments.

Admission is $10 for adults, $6 for students and seniors, and $2 for children.
