Gustav delays printing, delivery of September edition of Journal
Hurricane Gustav, reminiscent of Katrina three years ago the same week, delayed printing and delivery of this edition of The Piney Woods Journal. Because of extensive power outages in Baton Rouge, the Journal’s printer was unable to produce the edition on time. Outages and other problems in Central Louisiana caused further delays with mail and news stand deliveries. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the delays.
